About the Studio

Tarhead Studio was founded 2015 in Skövde, Sweden. The tarheads behind the studio started to work with eachother back in 2013 with a game called GRiEF, a 2D platformer. After the game won the Swedish Game Award for best scenario, the group decided to found a company and thus Tarhead Studio was born. The focus shifted from narrative into multiplayer with the birth of RUiN which then became Blast Out. Which set Tarhead on a path of multiplayer focused games. Which will hopefully continue to be a good path for the studio to wal. The Studio is now part of the Goodbye Kansas group when Goodbye Kansas Game Invest invested in the studio back in 2016.
