Description

RUiN is an outrageous multiplayer arena brawler that’s all about the fun. Pre-made heroes with unique abilities is a thing in the past. In RUiN, you get access to a large pool of abilities from which you mix and match to create the combinations of your choice. Then use your lethal combos to wipe out the enemy team while evading the increasingly hazardous environment.

History

Tarhead Studio started working on RUiN while studying game development at the University of Skövde in 2013. After graduation the team could focus more on the development and in January 2016 the game reached Alpha stage with scheduled test sessions for further improvements.

Features

  • Pushback combat - The vast majority of the abilities in the game knocks your opponents backwards, it's a mix of pushing and dealing damage.
  • Deadly arenas - The arenas are filled with traps and hazards that will catch you by surprise if you lose focus for just a moment.
  • Character customization- Build your own character. Choose from a vast amount of different accessories, armor pieces, weapons and hats.
  • Pick your own abilities - The players get a huge pool of abilities to choose from. In addition, there will be augmentations available for every ability which will let the players fully modify their arsenal to suit their play style
